*All labs should be done fasting. Do not take vitamins or supplements 24 hours before your lab (biotin needs to be 72 hrs). Many labs can be done at your doctors office. If your co-pay or deductible is really high please see some of the labs on this page or visit The Doctor's Office or Family Clinic of Natural Medicine.

These are the general labs I requite at intake for most individuals:

CBC with differential

Complete metabolic panel with fasting glucose.

A1C only if fasting glucose is over 100 or you have a family or personal history of diabetes

TSH at minimum. Full thyroid panel optimal

Full iron panel (total serum iron, ferritin, TIBC, and iron saturation) if you are female or vegetarian.

MALE COMPREHENSIVE PROFILE I SALIVA AND BLOOD - ZRT TEST KIT
